Our year has been busy again. Frank spent much of his time volunteering as web master for various community organizations. You can find links to all his sites at the bottom.

We have both been well. Aging is such a wonderful process. Frank is now almost 50 and Tom is 59. Such is life. We are constantly aware that we are mentally younger than our chronological age. We wish we could increase the metabolic rate. But then, the body and fat have been together so long they now like each other.

Tom is still at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) working on his eighteenth year there. SAIC has grown over the years to approximately 41,000 people with annual revenue nearly $6 billion. Tom is principally working on studies for the Department of Defense. Gee, guess this shouldn't surprise us much.

This year about mid-way through we met some marvelous friends who have a horse farm in Fort Valley, Virginia, you will meet them later on. Fort Valley is about 1 1/2 hours drive from the house and about 1/2 hour drive from the campground in Luray. These friends have five horses on their farm, so Frank, with lots of patient instruction, has started to ride horses. And Cowboy Frank is becoming more of a cowboy than ever.

We hope you all have spent a joyous year celebrating the Spirit of Life. And most importantly... to all... we give you big, wonderful hugs!!!

We wish you all the best and hope the next year will be filled with happiness and prosperity.

Enjoy your days, each and every one of them. They are all precious! We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a great New Year.
